COLLEGE FOOTBALL SCORES
The College Football Scoreboard should be your starting point when you start to sharpen the pencil and determine what you’re betting each week. The Scores are provided for the entire season, which begins in early August and runs through the College Football Playoff in January. Understanding the Scores and leaning the ‘ins and outs’ of the feature is simple but you begin with the Matchup, which has a designated home and away team.
All College Football Scores are listed in order of Rotation that are set by the sportsbooks. The Rotation numbers are assigned to each team and it identifies the wager that is being placed at an online sportsbook or in a casino at the betting counter. Those numbers eliminate any confusion between the bettor and the sportsbook. Along with rotation numbers, games are also listed by time and the VegasInsider.com College Football Scores show the Game Time in Eastern Standard Time Zone (ET).
Next to the rotations are the Teams that are playing, followed by the Odds. The College Football Scores show a consensus line that is updated every 15 minutes by multiple sportsbooks in the United States, the majority of operators coming from Nevada. The betting odds display which team is the favorite in the matchup and that can be determined with a minus (-) sign followed by a number.
FAVORITE EXAMPLE – ALABAMA -10
Underneath or above the favorite in the matchup is another number, which identifies the Total or Over/Under for the game. This is a wager that allows bettors to wager on if both teams in the matchup will score more or less combined points than the posted Total or Over/Under. You can bet on one of the two (Over-Under) and those wagers are extremely popular for individuals undecided on either team in the matchup.

COLLEGE FOOTBALL RESULTS & RECORDS
The team that’s favored in each matchup is determined by the sportsbooks and their oddsmakers. The team with the better record isn’t always listed as the favorite but that’s known to be a solid starting point for most handicappers. The College Football Scoreboard shows the previous results and records for all teams in their matchups and they’re divided into two categories. The records are only shown for teams prior to the game.
(OVERALL RECORD)
(AWAY OR HOME RECORD)
The Win-Loss is broken up by overall record and either the away or home record, depending on who is the host or the visitor.
After the game has become official, the Results section on the College Football Scoreboard shows bettors whether they won or lost their wagers on the point-spread. The winning team is designated with a ‘red check’ and the ATS section (Against the Spread) determines the betting outcome. Along with showing the straight up winner, the ATS Results section listed the word “Cover” next to the team that won against the spread. Since the point-spread is in play, the winning team with the red check may not also receive the Cover result.
For Total bettors, it’s clear-cut and those wagers are identified as Over or Under and it adds up the combined points scored in the game too.
COLLEGE FOOTBALL LIVE SCORES
