The South Region of the 2023 NCAA Men's Tournament was decided on Sunday Mar. 26, 2023 from KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky.

The No. 6 San Diego State Aztecs defeated the No. 5 Creighton Bluejays 57-56 in the South Region final.
